Ronande Creebsburg, FNP
Ronande received a master’s degree from Clemson University from the nurse practitioner program. Ronande comes to us from St. Francis Hospital where she worked as a nurse.
Leo Dobronski, MD
Dr. Dobronski is a dual board-certified Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease physician with over 8 years of experience. Dr. Dobronski cares for an adult population in both primary care and urgent care capacities where he sees patients with a diversity of care needs from acute to chronic illnesses. He is triple certified in internal, infectious disease, and lifestyle medicine.
Brandy Fisher, LISW
Brandy received her Bachelor of Social Work from Coppin State University (2002), her Master of Social Work from Boston University (2003), and her Certification in Human Service Management from Boston University (2003). She has had 18 years of experience as a social worker/therapist.
Lori Grant, APRN PSYCH
Lori Grant, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, has spent over 30 years developing her competencies relative to principles of leadership, advance practice nursing, and psychiatric mental health. Lori has a Master of Science degree in Nursing as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilmington University in Wilmington, DE.
Rachel Hunt, Pharm.D.
Rachel attended East Carolina University before attending Mercer University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is board certified in Medication Therapy Management Specialization. She has worked in community pharmacy for 20 years. Rachel is excited to continue serving the Anderson community through the pharmacy at Foothills Community Health Care.
Manju Lakra, MD; Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Lakra graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College. She completed her Family Residency at Spartanburg Regional Hospital in June 2014. Dr. Lakra is certified with the ABFM and the AAFP.
Jeffrey Nations, MD
Dr. Nations obtained his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, MS, in 1992. His residency training was completed at the Greenville hospital system in 1994.
Jill Newman, FNP
Jill is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and practices at our Easley, South Carolina, location. Previously working with SC DHEC, Jill has both women’s health and family medicine experience.
Lisa Richardson, LISW
Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the field of social work for 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work.
Timothy Sanders, MD
Dr. Sanders obtained his medical degree at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He completed residency training at Seneca Lakes Family Medicine Residency Program in 2009.
Anne Stollberg, APRN-FNP
Anne Stollberg has a Master of Science degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USC Upstate in Spartanburg, SC. She has prior experience with primary care, SC DHEC, and the local hospital system along with experience as a Dialysis Registered Nurse.
Latasha Thompson, LISW
Latasha is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience working with youth in foster care, adults and seniors in hospital and long-term care settings, and leading care coordination in managed care settings. She has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in social work and is a certified care manager.
Landan Watts, Pharm.D.
Landan is originally from Covington, GA. He attended Oxford College of Emory University before attending the University of Georgia where he completed his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree. He has been practicing pharmacy in the Clemson community for nearly a decade. Landan genuinely cares about every patient and enjoys helping better their health.
Shanna Williams, FNP
Shanna is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Medicine. She received a master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Shanna has 16 years of experience providing care to patients of all ages in Upstate SC and is accepting new patients in our Clemson office.
