Foothills Community Health Care is one of over 20 federally qualified community health centers in South Carolina. Community health centers are community-based, non-profit organizations that provide comprehensive and high-quality health care to all the cherished members of our community. From our inception in Clemson in 2008, we expanded our reach and opened our Easley office in 2016 and Anderson in 2020.
Foothills Community Health Care provides a continuum of care for people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. We provide services in the area of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Counseling, Psychiatry and Pharmacy Services.
We put a special focus on helping patients manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. You can learn more about our complete service offerings here.
We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. For those patients without traditional insurance, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s income and family size. We accept all major credit cards and offer payment installments.
